Dear IPv6-WG :) I was recently made aware of this nice article on heise.de site.
https://www.heise.de/select/ct/2023/2/2230709000622055021 Alexander Traud tested 29 CPEs and tried to understand how they react to prefix changes. This behaviour was documented in RIPE-690 document and some improvement suggestions were done in RFC 9096 (Improving the Reaction of Customer Edge Routers to IPv6 Renumbering Events).
