SEND doesn't use a common suffix, so I am not sure how this applies to them.
Basically, SEND will DAD all addresses. Could you clarify?

SEND doesn't make changes in the basic DAD algorithm, so it will conform to
whatever 2462bis specifies.

Since the SEND spec is about to be sent to the IESG, the SEND WG needs to
know if any changes are needed in the SEND spec right now. So far, I don't
see any.
