I disagree. The source port and destination port is not in fixed location
since IPv4 option might have variable lengths.
Or we can strongly recommend that all hosts set the flow label, so
that we can use the 3-tuple {source address, dest address, flow label}.
Agreed. We should avoid extension header porcessing at all price.
