I would also ask that I at least be given some time to explain the purpose of this draft and the differences between the current mechanisms. It appears that my draft has not been added to those of the 6man drafts, at least I can't find it and it is also missing from the PDF agenda, while all other drafts are listed at your link: https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/86/agenda.html.
