You need to use the "set" command: http://ipxe.org/cmd/set This will allow you to configure an IP address without using DHCP. You will also need to open the network interface using the "ifopen" command: http://ipxe.org/cmd/ifopen and download and boot something using the "chain" command: http://ipxe.org/cmd/chain Once you've worked out the commands that you need, you can create an iPXE embedded script; see http://ipxe.org/scripting Note that most of these features are not supported by gPXE (which is a dead project); the first thing that you should do is upgrade to iPXE.
