738 Tahiti was unusually good this morning briefly at 1322 utc. All the Asian hets were much weaker at that time. But as I was still listening to 738, right at 1328 utc a strong IBOC hiss started and completely obliterated Tahiti. The hiss was heard, weaker, on 720, so am assuming 730 was the IBOC carrier. Checking 730 had a strong KEZX Medford, OR, with numerous IDs. It was still mostly dark then; would KEZX be running/testing IBOC with listed 1kW power? But later, the IBOC hiss was gone, though Tahiti was also gone. Around 1400 the JJs did come up with the usual dawn enhancement I've been noting here, with 774 and 598 far stronger than any others.
