Conditions are finally improving, though certainly has quite a ways to go from a week or so ago. Last night had 189 Iceland at poor level for TA; nothing but one MW het. This morning had poor TP reception, with audio on 594, 693, 828 1408-1416 utc. Earlier, Russian LWBC poor/weak on 153, 180, 189, 234, 279--nothing like last week. Steve NE Oregon R75, longwires
