Turned out to be an excellent morning here, especially for China. Heard audio from there on 639 (a first), 936 (another first), 945, 981, 1044, and 1206. Not bad considering prior to this season I'd never heard China at all. Vladivostok on 648 was also in for a while, and Korea was quite good on 972. Not a great Japanese morning, with only the big guns coming in. Oddly, in spite of VOA Thailand doing so well for John, they did no better than a decent carrier here. The highlight for me though was nailing KICY on 850 with a nice s/on type ID just after 1400, coming in over CKBA and KOA. I'm been after that one about as long as Patrick was after 4KZ. (Congrats by the way, very nice catch).
