TX ???? NOAA Weather Radio poking thru WTDY talk 2245-2305CDT 13NOV 06. Mentions of Lower Colorado River Authority and occasional phrases "Highs in upper 60's" etc heard but no callsign. The computer-generated voice really stands out but can be heard to understand.
