Patrick,
I believe you mean Ernie Cooper. Yes, a great guy. Believe he edited
NRC's "Musings of the Members" for decades.
I met him at the 1962 Indianapolis NRC Convention.
Rather brusque, but that was part of his life experience; as I remember
that he was in the NYC Police Department.
Then into retirement and his move to Providencetown.
I miss him, too.
