Jim Renfrew, Holley NY Has anyone gotten a QSL from Cuba in the last year or so? I'm talking about MW and FM.
I used to have real good results writing to Cuba, but recent efforts have gone unanswered. I am especially eager to get Radio Progreso 90.3 verified. If you have received a response, what worked: IRC, "green stamps", or nothing at all?
