Can't swear for accuracy but I've driven the I-80 corridor past Dixon a zillion 
times in the last 10 years and don't recall seeing this setup.  I remember back 
in the 60s when living in Sacto
that I use to see it when passsing down the highway.  Probably even went over 
and looked at it.

However, for your general interest, there is a fine produce market just off 
Pedrick Road a few miles tother side of Dixon.
