 This is what some RI legislator proposes. CA leads way, along w/couple
other 
states. Bans set several years into future - in tradition adopted during 90s

- subsequent to couple election cycles. They know exactly what they're
doing. 
State by state thing. 
 
  Rooftop beacons here use incandescents, CFB's not recommended. Little 
things like that escape their notice when crafting one size-a-she-feet-all
rules by 
which all must eventually strangle themselves. 
 
  Bored? Let's make some more rules!
