Willis,

That's Paintsville. I never logged that from Indianapolis, and
I wondered if it was really on the air. But back in, ah, 1999 or
so, we were headed to Indianapolis. Taking US-23 up to Indiana-
polis (and other routes, lollygagging along and avoiding the
interstates), I checked WKYH and noted it on the air back then.
