21:25 PDT,Vic,BC Just a few minutes after local sunset
KRVI changed to 10kw night power and was silent for a
few seconds but nothing was heard during downtime but
some time earlier a voice was heard through the 50k.So
unfortunately skip was zero at swich over time.We'll
see what happens a bit later when it's dark.The planet
Venus is visible before sunset about 45 o above the
horizon and changing from a small dot to a bright
diamond in the dark blue sky.---Bill in BC
