The VHF NOAA station here in Astoria IDs all of the time as "NOAA Radio KEC91 in Astoria Oregon" So when an AM tis/HAR relays them, you get the NOAA radio IDs much more often than the TIS ID. At least around here. If you can hear the TIS long enough, like a local one, they do ID too. NOAA just IDs more often.
