Listened from 1148-1330 ut. Now have a SW Ewe that I can set up along with the
NW Ewe. SW Ewe is about 3' shorter in height than the NW Ewe. They criss-cross
each other in the backyard. Now I can sometimes determine if the signal is TP
or DU. Tentative reception on 2NR 738 Grafton, Australia this morning. None
of the Russian long-waves were heard this morning. Steve's past DU postings
were a big help in tuning in the DUs that were heard this morning.
693 Japan, JOAB pips at 1300 weak signal.
738 T Australia, 2NR believed to be the station with weak DU talk at
1330. Strong carrier for weeks, finally some audio when KCBS
signal fades.
774 Japan, JOUB weak with Japanese at 1214.
828 Japan, JOBB weak at 1237 with Japanese. Fair at 1256.
1566 Republic of Korea, HLAZ very weak at 1306. Checked
various times throughout the morning and finally caught some
audio.
1593 China, CNR 1 very weak at 1307 // 5030 man in Chinese?
