No, it wouldn't. The 50 kw is overkill in their pattern, which aims
mostly over the ocean and therefore is irrelevant. Within the local
contour but off the main lobe, sometimes even 50kw isn't enough. So
they have more than they need where there's no audience anyway and not
enough some places where there is owing to having to protect others.
