Pat,
Vietnam is quite common now, especially if I can hear it 60 miles inland
from the coast. Colin, Walt & Nick pick them up quite often.
Hearing a TP on 1010 and it being Hanoi is remarkable.
My best TP on a domestic channel was China on 1040, they
really use to boom into the SF Bay Area
Heard them at work in the late 70's by placing the
Super Radio against a steel I-beam around
7 am one morning showing off to a co-worker.
