Keep your hands above your head and walk backwards !!! Most State Prisons and County Jails do NOT allow radios of any kind. They do allow small TV sets ---. Most are worried that a radio might be able to "listen" to the guards or prison operations. The jokes on them. Most State Prisons -- like California use 800 Mhz -- and some older TV's can tune 800 mhz.
