In the '80s, one IRCA member was in prison. I remember getting a lot of
reports from him when I edited EDXR. I'd have to dig through those issues to
find his name. John something, I think, and I'm pretty sure he was in
Pennsylvania.

Keep your hands above your head and walk backwards !!!  Most State Prisons
and County Jails do NOT allow radios of any kind.  They do allow small TV
sets ---.   Most are worried that a radio might be able to "listen" to the
guards or prison operations.   The jokes on them.  Most State Prisons --
like California use 800 Mhz  -- and some older TV's can tune 800 mhz.
