Bottom line, one has to wonder how many of these stations have any
audience and/or make any money overnight anyway. If they can't afford
to pay one person for overnights, then that pretty much makes that
point, so why bother to be on ? Minimal listeners, automated non-local
programming, minimal revenue - who benefits from that ?
