John, I am glad I worked at is so hard back in the 70s & 80s. I would not like to start over today. My return rate with the Filipinos this last Fall was dismal. I only got a couple back, so more f/ups out, but I need to order more mint stamps. Sometimes the $1 or $2 does not work all that well. If the station has the stamps, then they may just reply easier.
