I heard an UNID TIS on 1600 off the Eastern beverage this morning. The message was first heard with bits and pieces at 0200 EST with a repeaed message. Noted at 0300 and the best 0400 & 0500 EST. I last herd it at 0600 EST. The message was as follows "Turn your radio dial to 1600 kilohertz AM for important information regarding plant statis and your approach to the USCDS work site.....This is station AR031235 operating on an assigned frequency of 16 hundred kilohertz...communications...Emergency information to report to the USCDS control room...You may do so by calling 564-7311....." Any ideas? Thanks.
