If they get an increase in coverage, good thing.. but as Powell said, higher elevation with AM might not help it at all, and in the end.. will end up hurting it.
Now that he's gotten permission from the Columbia County Fair Board, he will have to have the engineering done, file the paperwork, wait for the approval and then move it. The cost? A Minimum of $15,000 including the engineering... probably more like $20,000 to $25,000. It'll take probably at least 6 months from start of all this, preparing the engineering.. to erection of the new tower.
