Joe and Rob - I also have caught an NDB on my ULR's. I heard
Greencastle, IN on 521 KHz. Not as far as Rob's, 30 watts / 60 miles
but it was unexpected. Good on my GE ULR and excellent on my SRF-59. I
have also heard the 160mb CW and SSB on the SRF-59.

Hi Robert

Congratulations on receiving an "NDB" with your ULR, I have tried
several
times, but no luck yet. There are several in Ohio that can be heard in
this
part of the band as well.

I sent them a reception report, but QSL so far. Let me know if you
try
and have better luck.
