I was tooling around the official Orioles website, looking for a station to hear their games on and their "official" network list is as follows, for the interested:
*ORIOLES RADIO NETWORK AFFILIATES* *MARYLAND* Annapolis - WNAV-AM (1430 AM) Baltimore - WHFS-FM (105.7 FM) Crisfield - WBEY-FM (97.9 FM) Cumberland - WTBO-AM (1450 AM) Frederick - WFMD-AM (930 AM) Frostburg - WFRB-AM (560 AM) Hagerstown - WARK-AM (1490 AM) Ocean City - WKHZ-AM (1590 AM) Pocomoke City - WGOP-AM (540 AM) Pocomoke City - WKHW-FM (106.5 FM) Salisbury - WICO-AM (1320 AM) Westminster - WTTR-AM (1470 AM) *DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA* Washington - WTEM-AM (980 AM) *PENNSYLVANIA* Carlisle - WIOO-AM (1000 AM) Hanover - WHVR-AM (1280 AM) Lancaster - WPDC-AM (1600 AM) Shippensburg - WEEO-AM (1480 AM) York - WOYK-AM (1350 AM) *VIRGINIA* Blacksburg - WKEX-AM (1430 AM) Charlottesville - WVAX-AM (1450 AM) Leesburg - WAGE-AM (1200 AM) Norfolk - WGH-AM (1310 AM) Winchester - WINC-AM (1400 AM) *WEST VIRGINIA* Martinsburg - WEPM-AM (1340 AM) The big item here is that the O's are off their long-time flagship WBAL-1090, the 50kw station, which means they are harder to hear at a distance. WHFS-105.7 is the flagship. But then again, not too many folks want to listen to a 4th/5th place team, right...except for us long-suffering true-believers.
