I'm about 15-16 blocks from The Pacific, here in San Francisco. However, we are quite a bit higher than sea level as we are on the side of a big slope and the final 3-4 blocks drop off very sharply. Would take a horrendous tsunami or a lot of melted ice to get me to move.
