Very poor conditions for TP's this morning. K index
bouncing around the 3-5 range, I guess poor TP
conditions can be expected?
774 Japan, JOUB 1358 very weak and battered in splatter.
weak steady signal at 1402.
828 Japan, JOBB 1340 rose up to weak for a few seconds,
then back to carrier.
1575 Thailand, VOA presumed the station with very weak audio
at 1405.
