Signals were well down here too. A fair number of carriers, seemingly
DUs, but mostly weak. Did note someone's carrier well off frequency on
1593, something I've noted before on DU mornings. Anyone know who that is?

774 Japan, JOUB 1358 very weak and battered in splatter.
weak steady signal at 1402.
828 Japan, JOBB 1340 rose up to weak for a few seconds,
then back to carrier.
1575 Thailand, VOA presumed the station with very weak audio
at 1405.
