I didn't hear anything on 1070 at 0000 and CBC jazz music there went well thru the hour and was //99.1 in Toronto. So Atlantic time in Moncton might very well be //EDT in Toronto as one of you suggested to me offlist. I can only suggest trying at 0100 EDT.
