I don't know; I didn't try to find out. If it's happening again tonight I'll
see if I can determine that. I've been checking out the band very thoroughly
every night for the last couple of weeks and this didn't start until Sunday
or Monday.

Is it on the low side of 940? I can't remember the exact frequency off
hand, but Cuba has been off frequency here for a long time. They are
easily heard here on the East Coast.
