It's +170Hz (high) tonight, and looping N/S of me. If it's strong for you in
Central/South Calif, then it's south of me. It's not the station in Oregon.
I think we went through this before. Wow, just now the level of it went way
down, 0533 utc, while I was checking it. Maybe it's in a fade which would
maybe put it south of the border. Now it's coming back up again--definitely
a fade.
