I had a niggling feeling that I should look at PAL a bit more
thoroughly on that 720 JJ signal. I'll really have to watch for that
one in the future. Would be a nice QSL.

I hate to be a party pooper, but the Voice of Russia has Japanese on
720 1200-1400. I've heard it several times, and QSLed it from QCI
last year. Power is listed as 1 MW. It's probably a lot less than
that but still more likely than the Japanese flea powers.
