I'm not sure it was ever actually operating once the call letter shuffle
started.  I was in a place where I could have heard them relatively easily,
and never did.  I did hear all the 10-watt TIS stations from Contra Costa,
Alameda, Santa Clara and Sacramento Counties on a regular basis, but never a
peep from this one.
