Nick, Even though I did not get up early this morning, I did check the dial a bit after 0900 UTC before I headed to bed and I found JOUB-774 at S9+15DB in regular AM 6 kHz on the Drake. JOIB-747 and JOBB-828 weaker, but JOUB was in very good. The Drake, I was using the 55' NW EWE, nothing else. Both of the portables brought in JOUB fairly well barefoot too, the Sony S5W and the Grundig S350. JOUB was the best of the lot. Russian LWers noted too, but nothing too strong. 279 was the best there.
