You have no idea where it's located. How can you say what frequency is good for an FM?

As for the AM frequency, who knows. Maybe whoever's running it happens to have a crystal for 1310 handy. (I've know unlicensed stations...maybe even ones many of us have heard at club conventions...that have chosen their frequencies for just that very reason.)

This is all highly speculative. I'm just saying that what John is hearing doesn't appear to track to any licensed station with which I'm familiar...
