Good for you, Colin!  Now I'll have someone (besides John Bryant) to compare 
notes with.  Sounds like you were likely DU as well?  You did listen a little 
earlier than I did too, so you might have seen more Asiatic activity compared 
to mine....Walt
PS:  Just bought a Kindle DX ....a very useful tool for DXers (don't know about 
the "DX" in Kindle, but it's there).  I downloaded the various databases (it 
reads pdfs well).  The Kindle DX itself will keep powered up for a couple of 
weeks, I'm told, as long as the wireless is turned off.  The wireless (they 
call it Whispernet and it's only available in the US, so no point in having it 
on here...although I attempted to access Port Angeles and San Juan Is without 
success yesterday).  Also a real pain to purchase Kindle items from Amazon.com 
if you're outside the US (but I figured a work around that has worked).
