Here in Puyallup, in the pre-dawn hours, I find that KCIS 630 mixing beneath another domestic station runs a solid S-9 on the Perseus, but KVI-570, KIRO-710, and KOMO-1000 are all reading S-9+35dB (aka -35 dBm).
