Thank you for investigating this 1107 kHz mystery at Grayland. Because of  
the frequent American jazz/pop music from this music-oriented station 
(similar  to 603-HLCA), I was already leaning toward KBS as the probable 
identity. 
This  station has been just above the noise level for about 5 days now, and 
nobody  else has reported it but you. THANKS-- now I just need to check a 
parallel to  make sure!
