Youre right, most stations dont care aobut out of market listeners and they
have no reason to.. it doesnt help them make any money.

The only reason there is a station on 1130 running 25KW days between CKWand
KPNW, again, is because of the complex modeling we have today. It is so
complex, they never could've imagined it abck then. You wouldnt believe what
we can do now with directional patterns.
