Hello All, There are many thing to be thankful for on this holiday, but this morning's TP propagation sure wasn't one of them. The upper band was completely dead, with only wispy carriers even on 1566 and 1575. The lower band fared slightly better, with 594-JOAK and 738-Taiwan Fisheries managing to produce some fair audio around 1535, after they were wispy carriers themselves only 20 minutes earlier. 603-HLSA failed to come up to audio, for the first time since the season started in September. There was only a weak warble from the disturbed carrier of 657-Pyongyang, and 747-JOIB was in and out of the noise level at 1540. On the positive side, from 1525-1545 UTC the back yard rain did let up long enough to make the above DXing check on the PVC Loops. It's always nice to be thankful for something :-) 73, Gary DeBock _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca
