John, Glad you made it back safely, even though you had to drive a bit out of your way. Here on the North Coast, we got down to 18 last night! Very cold temps with the Arctic blast out of Canada. No snow, but cold temps and low humidity. We hit 33 yesterday. Today around 35-38 is forecasted But it will start warming back up in the late week. Take care and have a wonderful Christmas Season.
