531 noted some AA music mixing with some other station with a man talking, said "Raydo...." But hard to copy at 0320 UTC
963 Female talking, presume Finland, but horrible 960 Calgary splatter at 0315. 1431 Unid station with with what sounded like "Believe" by Cher at 0310 and woman ancr in unid lang. 1575 Radio Farda quite good at 0303. Lots of hets, including female on 549 at 0330. When Walt was hearing the early TAs, unfortunately I was 50 miles away rekeying two houses in Rockaway Beach.
