Correct me if I'm wrong but just because a station is authorized night
power, does that mean that they have to use it?  WGNR 1470 Anderson, IN
is authorized 35 watts at night but I have heard them sign off before
LSS.  I guess having that flexibility might be good.

In JD's defense, Lee's logbook has them as a daytimer:
