Yes, I need to restructure my listening obviously, hi....maybe next weekend. Actually this morning wasn't bad here, though more in the sense that some big guns were flexing their audio muscles a bit for a change, but everything else still involved the erratic fade ups giving the occasional reward to the intrepid DXer rootling in the undergrowth. But this intrepid DXer didn't have much time, and only listened for a few minutes after 1500UT. (NHK-2 s/off was later than 1500 today, but don't know when exactly) One item of note....CNR-1 may have disappeared from 5030. There was something there this morning in what sounded more like a SE Asian language, and definitely not //4460 which was //639 but delayed by under a second. I notice the Aoki list dated yesterday no longer includes CNR-1 on 5030. pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly): 639 CNR-1 //4460 at 1508UT 774 JOUB 828 JOBB most consistent reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise): 279 R. Rossii 594 JOAK 747 JOIB not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker 558 mx, no 603 // available 675 VV? talk 972 HLCA, big carrier, small audio. Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) : 738 ? 918 ? Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 801, 1566 best wishes, Nick ***************************** Nick Hall-Patch Victoria, BC Canada _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
