Hello All, Weakly dominating over the TIS jumble tonight, the 1610-Anguilla beacon made its first appearance of the year here in Puyallup, WA, on one of the stand-alone 7.5" loopstick PL-380 models. Sermon by the late Dr. Scott was heard at 0834 UTC, // 6090 kHz. This is one of the very few Caribbean stations audible here, mainly because of the lack of North American broadcast stations on the frequency. It was received here last year in February, also (but is usually inaudible for most of the year). West coast DXers needing it might want to give it a try sometime soon.. 73, Gary DeBock (in Puyallup, WA, USA) _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca
