At 01:30 UTC (5:30 pm local on the west coast), I'm hearing some music mixing with several TIS stations and splatter from the Hindi station on 1600. I suspect that it's the Caribbean Beacon, but will have to keep listening to be sure. Gene or Melissa Scott usually had fill music in between sermons.
