Definitely a better morning for Asians today, but still nothing like a few weeks ago. Listened on and off from about 1215 to 1315UT, and the party was mostly over by 1300 here. Like Gary said, sunrise enhancement is getting earlier...and not that enhanced, hi.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly): 1566 HLAZ fairly consistent after pattern change at 1230UT reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise): 828 JOBB at 1240UT not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker 279 R.
