Darn it, Colin!  The last time there was a problem, you had it fixed within 
days.  This one, I admit, is going to be a little more difficult to locate, 
though.  Perhaps going door to door and asking whether they are using a BPL 
device, and offer to replace it with a Wi-Fi router!  .....Walt (in Toronto
